With the 4th of July holiday just around the corner, the CMFTO™ team would like to wish you and yours a very happy Independence Day. We will be celebrating with our family and friends, as we enjoy time off to reconnect with one another over laughter, good food, and happy memories.

Thus far, we’ve shared some of the bigger results from our recent project rehabbing a townhome from top to bottom. The last two weeks we’ve shown you the kitchen and the master bath – two of the most highly prioritized areas in any home renovation.

In keeping with our promise to share the results of the extensive rehab we just completed, this week we are showing you the Master Bath. Renovating a Master Bathroom is typically a top priority on most homeowner’s lists.

Just over two months ago, we shared several “before” photos of an extensive rehab project we were starting. Our client was redoing a townhome from top to bottom in order to update it for his current needs, while also keeping an eye to the future.

When was the last time you used a tray? Or a platter (which is really a form of a tray)? We think this often overlooked object is one of the most versatile in your home, and this week we’re celebrating the common tray!
