Earlier this week, we teamed up with Allison Getz and Colleen McCaffery of Wells Fargo for breakfast and important conversation focused on the issues involved in life transitions. Preparing and staging a home for market has many different layers, that can range from addressing basic needs like editing, to more cosmetic aspects like painting, repair, and staging. A recent project had us doing it all, and the end result is 100% worth it.

For this installment, we are addressing wine and fur. We’ve combined these two categories because they require similar conditions for proper storage. And, if not stored properly, their value can drop significantly.

Silver is one of the most prevalent items we find in significant quantities in our clients’ homes. There is a big difference, though, between sterling silver and silver plate.
